The security over property given to the lender for the repayment of the loan. The lender (mortgagee) has the right to take the property if the borrower (Mortgagor) fails to repay the loan.
MORTGAGEE
One who lends money for the property.

Quick and easy pots TERRY LOBB
Pots are the garden for everyone. Whether you’ve got the quarter acre dream or live in an inner-city apartment, pots make gardening accessible to almost all.
Pop a basil or parsley seedling in a small pot for sitting on the windowsill. Pretty up your front door eve with a potted geranium. Or create an explosion of colour with a mix of flower seedlings in a larger pot. And the best thing about potting up plants is you don’t even have to use pots. Got a vintage or recycled container you’ve always wondered what to do with it? Drill some holes in the bottom for drainage, put it on top of a saucer of some sort and grow
I like to grow my mix of seedlings in the biggest pot or tub I can find. Something like half a wine barrel works well.

Whatever I’m growing and whatever container I’m growing it in, I always use a good quality potting mix.
The pots and tubs mix takes the hassle out of deciding what flowers to pot up and when to do it. It’s jammed full of nine or more seasonal flower seedlings perfect for growing in containers.
This way I know my seedlings are going to get just the right nutrients to kick-start their growth. I recommend placing each wallflower and polyanthus seedling around 20cm apart from each other in the middle of the tub.

But they could take as long as till spring to start showcasing their abilities. But once they do start to flower they’ll continue right through spring until summer.

Rustic charms - country style, the rustic finishes of a boutique winery in Hawke’s Bay features varying woods and stained glass. I believe our homes should reflect our personalities. With many personalities in a family, it can sometimes be hard to work through the process, but one has to keep in mind that some of those family members will move on, leaving (hopefully) the original two. In which case they have rights to be the most dominant. I find that many people know what they don’t like as opposed to what they do like. What style suits your personality? How do you like to live? We all lead such busy lives that sometimes we forget to stop and take a breath and recharge — especially if our lives are full with bringing
Even retired people sometimes find themselves busier than when they were working full-time and wonder how they could possibly have fitted time in for work. So I thought I would make you think and reflect about how you like to live in your homes, what makes you feel the passion, feel reflective, energised or just be. Let’s start with rustic: this evokes visions of back-to-basics, a little rough and ready, natural fibres, wool, linen, cotton, exposed timbers often unfinished, heavy beams, hand-finished tiles for the floor and scatter rugs. Perhaps timber ceilings and walls — but not all walls — bathrooms with shower heads that ‘‘dump’’ and give the impression of a waterfall, perhaps a full-length window with views on to a private conservatory courtyard to give the impression of showering outdoors. Copper taps and heavy porcelain basins set on a timber slab, a bath tub for soaking as opposed to a more modern bath shape.

It is inviting and homely and sits well as a holiday home, on a lifestyle block or city dwelling and, given the right landscaping, it should always be inviting for those who like a little bit of simplicity and back to basics.
