Time for a smart move

There’s a growing public concern about student cellphone use in schools. The Guardian’s Facebook page has been swamped by comments about what is a modern day educational challenge. The public reaction follows a serious and potentially harmful incident at Mount Hutt College where a student has been suspended for using their cellphone to film a fellow pupil allegedly without them knowing.
