several months pending yesterday’s sentencing appearance on charges of kidnapping, abandoning a child, dishonestly taking a motor vehicle and a mountain bike, dangerous driving and driving while suspended. Judge Joanna Maze convicted him on all matters and sent him to jail for 21 months, saying there was no alternative to a custodial sentence.
