E A S Y J A PA N E S E - S T Y L E S O U F F L É PA N C A K E S These pancakes can be made ahead of time and reheated later in a low oven. Easy peasy! MAKES 8 PANCAKES READY IN 25 MINS PRICE PER PANCAKE 12p ● 4 large egg whites ● 200g self-raising flour ● 1 tsp baking powder ● 1 tbsp caster sugar ● 200ml semi-skimmed milk ● 1 tbsp vegetable oil, plus

lidded frying pan over a medium heat. Grease 2 cooking rings. Boil the kettle. 4 Put the rings in the pan and half fill each one with batter. Add a splash of boiling water to the pan and No cooking cover with the rings? Use clean clea lid. Reduce 210g baked bean tins the heat to instead, with tthe low and cook tops and botto bottoms for 6-8 mins, removed until bubbles appear on the top. 5 Lift the rings off from the pancakes, then flip using a spatula. Cook for 1-2 mins until lightly browned. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
