ENCLOSURE
• Mixture of flat grass areas, some with slight inclines and hard standing areas.
• Access to Parade Ring and Pre-Parade Ring.
• Seating available.
• No foldable chairs are allowed.
WHEELCHAIR VIEWING AREAS
• There are race viewing areas on the balcony on Level 4 at the following doors, 2/4/6/8/10/12.
• There is a raised viewing ramp, along the running rail within the Royal Enclosure Lawn, Trackside (AK22).
• On the Concourse, at aisles 2/3 and 20/21, looking out on to the track above the steppings.
• At the North East and North West sides of the Parade Ring, on the Concourse Level (AP21 & AP24).
• Next to Pre-Parade Ring (AQ17).
TOILET FACILITIES
• In the Royal Enclosure Gardens, next to the Buck’s Club (AL11).
• Behind The Grill By The Dorchester (AQ12).
• Within the Grandstand on Level 4 and Concourse Level, Core A (AM18). These can be accessed using a RADAR key, available from the nearest Steward.

• The back of the Royal Enclosure Gardens, by the Land Rover gate (AK11).
Queen Anne Enclosure
CAR PARK 6
• Nearest Car Parks are Car Park 6 and Car Park 8.
• Distance to: Pavilion Entrance approx. 400 metres Turnstiles East approx. 600 metres.
• Terrain: some grass then hard standing.
ENCLOSURE
• Mixture of grass and hard standing areas.
• Access to Parade Ring and Pre-Parade Ring.
• Accessible viewing platforms.
• Foldable chairs are allowed with letter of authorisation. Please email accessibility@ascot.com in advance.
ACCESSIBLE VIEWING AREA
A quieter space for guests to watch the racing is available at the alternative accessible viewing area, located trackside on the Concourse at aisle 16 (AL26).
WHEELCHAIR VIEWING AREAS
• At the North East and North West sides of the Parade Ring (AP21 & AP24).
• Next to Pre-Parade Ring (AQ17).
• There is a raised viewing ramp on the Queen Anne Enclosure Lawn (AJ28).
• On the Concourse, at aisles 10 and 15 looking out on to the track above the steppings and under the Royal Box through the Owners’ & Trainers’ Viewing (AL25).
• There are viewing areas suitable for wheelchairs on the balconies of all boxes and private suites.

• Within the Grandstand there are a number available on each level which can be accessed using a RADAR key, available from the nearest Steward.
• At Lawn Level and Level 6, Core D in the Grandstand (AN28).

Village Enclosure

• Terrain: hard standing and grass.

• Mostly grass with very little hard standing areas.
• Steep incline up towards the track.
• Seating available.

• There are designated viewing ramps along the Trackside lawns.

Windsor Enclosure

First Aid Points
Should you need assistance from on-site medical personnel, including paramedics, a member of staff will direct you to your nearest First Aid Point. First Aid Points are located in all enclosures.
Emergency kits
These kits include hearing aid batteries, ratchet sets, spectacle repair kits, cable ties, blade fuses, power chair chargers, tyre inflator and dog water bowls.
These are available to guests from Main Reception in the Queen Anne Building (AS29) and the Medical Centre, at Core D, Lawn Level (AN28).
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome at Ascot Racecourse. Dog water bowls are available from Main Reception in the Queen Anne Building (AS29) and the Medical Centre, at Core D, Lawn Level (AN28).
Sunflower Lawn
ROYAL ENCLOSURE & QUEEN ANNE ENCLOSURE
For our guests seeking a quieter space, we provide the Sunflower Lawn, located on the Grundy & Bustino Lawn in front of the Owners’ & Trainers’ Restaurant to the West of the Racecourse (AQ19).
Please be advised that this area only allows viewing of the Pre-Parade Ring and Horsewalk areas. There are no big screens in this area.
Dress Code
We appreciate that certain medical conditions may prevent guests from adhering to the dress code. We would like all guests to feel as comfortable as possible during their visit. Please email accessibility@ascot.com in advance with any enquiries. The Access Officer will issue a written confirmation of the agreed exemption.
Wheelchair hire
A number of manual wheelchairs are available for hire on the day, subject to availability.
Wheelchair hire is free of charge with a fully refundable deposit of £30 cash on the day and available from:
• Ticket Office East on the High Street (AS26).
• Car Park 7, at the track crossing point (AF16).
• Windsor Enclosure East Entrance (AL49).
• Village Enclosure Cloakroom (AB32).
Wheelchairs should be returned to either Main Reception, Box Holders exit or any of the hire points above (if manned) at the end of the day.
Wheelchairs are the property of Ascot Racecourse and must not be taken off site or left at car parks.
Personal Assistants
Should guests require a Personal Assistant in order to visit the Racecourse, you are entitled to apply for one complimentary admission ticket for a nominated individual, which can only be booked once you have purchased an admission ticket for yourself. They must be able to provide you with assistance which might include:
• Moving around the Racecourse.
• Helping you evacuate in the event of an emergency.
• Assisting you in using the toilets.
• Assisting you in purchasing food and refreshments or using other services.
HOW TO APPLY ONCE YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR TICKET
Personal Assistant tickets are available by emailing enquiries@ascot.com with photo ID and one of the following forms of documentation that clearly shows date of validity:
• Disability Living Allowance (DLA).
• Attendance Allowance (AA).
• Personal Independent Payment (PIP).
• Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP).
• Registered Blind certification.
• A Doctor’s note confirming the medical condition.
Please note that the Personal Assistant policy does not apply to accessible guests under the age of 17 as it is the Racecourse policy that they must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who must purchase their own ticket.
Auditory Assistance
Ascot Racecourse provides an audio hearing loop system for guests in all enclosures.
To access the live audio feed, please follow these steps:
1. Connect to the AscotWifi network.
2. Download and open the Sennheiser MobileConnect app – available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
3. Scan the QR Code with your phone’s camera.
4. In the app, choose ‘Ascot Audio Feed’ from the available options, then tap ‘Listen’.

QUEEN ANNE ENCLOSURE
