I R O N S TA N D M E M B E R S H I P 2020 SCHEME BENEFITS • Access to the racecourse including the King Edward VII Enclosure at Ascot Racedays, Royal Enclosure or Queen Anne Enclosure at Royal Ascot, and Iron Stand Facilities on all 26 racedays.

• Access onto the Iron Stand viewing loge and steppings on the concourse level of the Grandstand.

• More than 40 reciprocal racedays at other venues.

• Two complimentary day guest badges per annum. Please see overleaf for details.

• Access to the Annual Badgeholder viewing on Level 2 at the west end of the Grandstand.

• An Iron Stand metal badge and Iron Stand passcard to allow access into the racecourse on all the 21 racedays outside of Royal Ascot.

For Royal Ascot, a complimentary Royal Enclosure Badge or complimentary Queen Anne Enclosure ticket will be issued.

• Access to the Iron Stand Clubroom on Level 2 at the east end of the Grandstand, providing Iron Stand Members with alternative viewing within a clubroom atmosphere. This area will have a private bar and complimentary tea and coffee facilities.

• The opportunity to purchase one Iron Stand transferable metal guest badge and passcard for all racedays, including the Queen Anne Enclosure at Royal Ascot. This is priced at £1,240 and is subject to availability.

• A car parking space in Car Park 1 or Car Park 2 at all 21 racedays outside of Royal Ascot. During Royal Ascot, a complimentary Car Park 7 label will be issued.

• Four half-price advance Queen Anne Enclosure tickets for friends and family for all days of Royal Ascot. All tickets must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

DRESS CODE

T H E R AC ECO U R S E • The Iron Stand Member passcard will act as the entrance ticket on the day of the meeting (excluding Royal Ascot). For Royal Ascot, Queen Anne Enclosure tickets or Royal Enclosure Badges will be issued.

• Once inside the course, the metal badge will allow access to the Iron Stand facilities and the King Edward VII Enclosure areas on all racedays.

• The Iron Stand metal badge should be worn so that it is clearly visible at all times. In the event of an Iron Stand member losing his or her badge, passcard or car park label, an administration fee of £25 will be charged for replacements.

Day Guest Badge For 2020, included in the membership fee, each member will be allocated two Day Guest badges, which can be used on any raceday apart from the Royal Meeting, King George Saturday or QIPCO British Champions Day. The Day Guest badge will provide complimentary access to the Iron Stand, but an admission ticket must be bought to gain access into the racecourse. The Day Guest badge cannot be used without the Iron Stand member attending the raceday. Day Guests in the Iron Stand are limited per raceday. Day Guests must be declared and booked with the Membership Executive in advance of the raceday.

A strict dress code applies at Royal Ascot. For full details, please refer to the Royal Ascot event page at ascot.co.uk. For all days outside of Royal Ascot, Iron Stand Members have King Edward VII Enclosure access and are therefore asked to adhere to the King Edward VII Enclosure dress code.

Flat Season Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket with a collared shirt and tie. Trainers are not allowed. Ladies should dress as for a smart occasion.

Jumps Season During the Jumps season, the King Edward VII Enclosure dress code is preferred but not compulsory.

RECIPROCAL R A C E D AY S 2 0 2 0 In addition to racing at Ascot, 2020 Iron Stand Members can also enjoy racing at other racecourses around the country.

Iron Stand Members are required to respect the appropriate dress code at each venue.

We will again arrange 2 reciprocal days with Hampshire Cricket Club. Dates to be confirmed. *Iron Stand members will be able to claim half-price entry for Dubai Future Champions Festival at Newmarket. To claim your half-price entry ticket, please call 01638 675500, stating your badge number. One half-price entry per Iron Stand member. Subject to availability. Offer ends Monday 28th September.
