Taking advantage of the theme of the Clelian Year of Evangelization, our Province, under the guidance of Sr. Márcia Cidreira and her Council, offered us several opportunities of ongoing formation which focused on our life and vocation.
In the light of Mother Miriam’s questions in her circular letter 05/2022 and alluding to the theme of the year: The Sower went out to sow (Mt 13,3), we went on a journey to answer the questions: Where are we, Apostles, in this historical moment that asks us for new answers? What and where are we sowing? Are we following the steps that require concrete answers?
We prioritized the need for an encounter with the Word. To do this, we stopped, reflected, and prayed on “how” to put ourselves in communion with each other, to understand what God wants from us today, in the face of the congregational, national, and world realities in which we are living and in the technological speed that we are witnessing. There were many expressions of gratitude for Sr. Márcia who takes care of this “land” and who is doing the planting at this time, launching us into new fields of evangelization. These moments of ongoing formation have helped us to look at the realities of our personal, community and missionary life, opening horizons to see where we need to pay more attention. This leads us to correspond with enthusiasm and generosity to our evangelizing mission.
