Prepare for Work at School

Apprenticeship and work life may seem far away, but use your interest and motivation for your future profession to help you prepare now. To reach your goal and get your dream job, you need the skills that make you a valuable employee. So, right now, consider your schoolwork as full of opportunities to develop the qualities that are most important to employers. All the strategies you learn at school are just as important later in life.

In pairs, find out the meaning of the words in the illustration and why they point to different body parts. For example: SOLVE means to find solutions to problems.
