Marketplaces Restriction & Minimum Advertised Price Policy

Ascendant, home of Choose Friendship, has designated ecommerce marketplaces in which a retailer acts as a third-party seller, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook services, Google services, Staples and Walmart, as restricted sales channels, whether for customer order fulfillment by the marketplace operator (e.g. Fulfillment by Amazon) or the seller (e.g. in the Amazon Marketplace, Fulfillment by Merchant). An authorized Ascendant retailer’s failure to comply with this restriction will result in account suspension.

When selling on its own website, an authorized retailer of Ascendant’s brands is required to advertise products at or above Ascendant’s designated suggested retail price. Failure to comply with this minimum advertised price (MAP) policy will result in account suspension.

Ascendant may update the suggested retail price for its products or MAP policy terms at any time, including to designate a product as temporarily or permanently exempted from its MAP policy.
