During my BA project semester, I decided to research sleep. I was amazed to find out that the lack of sleep is one of the most health-threatening challenges we live within modern day society. Students, the future of our civilizations, are a group that oversees the importance of their sleep. They are not aware of how it can help them become better students.
The Sleep Smart concept is there to help these students get better grades by simply becoming more aware of the benefit of good night sleep. Take a look!
