Ezekiel and John (see Rev. 1–4) described what they witnessed in heaven: a throne above a sea of glass mingled with fire, angels around the throne, seven torches burning, and the Spirit of God moving. Ezekiel saw something that no Old Testament prophet had seen before: in the middle of it all there was a Man. He saw a Man high above the throne!
