Create the printing layer with the Adobe illustrator and photoshop application - version C5. Colours should be applied according to the PANTONE numbers.( refer the pantone colours given in page number 01 )

One repeat unit of the print should be contain 215.9mm of height and 215.9 mm of width.( can be created with either photoshop c5 or adobe illustrator-2021 )

Then repeat the unit according to the pattern given in the repeat units.( refer the page number 7 for further explain )

Before sending the artwork for the print re-check the repeat unit layout and the colours.

Then take a printout of the art work in sublimation paper, using the epson sure colour 3,Roland RT640i print machine.

After that take the base fabric( refer the trim card for the base fabric details ) and iron the material well in order to reduce the wrinkles. (if there are any wrinkles appeared in the base fabric, won’t be able to have a clean print )

Place the sublimation printed paper on the base material.( when do the placement make sure to place the printed side of the paper on top of the face side of the base material )

Then apply below conditions to transfer the print from paper to the fabric.

Heat - 220°C

Time - 40s

Speed-18s

For laser cut-Print the shaded squred design on organdie faric(tempt.1,cut the fabric by laser cut machine using tempt.2 on print fabric.(Use a guiding template before laser cut on fabric.Separate the pieces carefully.)

Let the fabrics cool down.

Next, start to apply the 2nd layer to the fabric. In the layer - 02, have to use hand-embroidery to get the design. Since, the embroider design is combined with the print, there’s no need of drawing the pattern again.( including the embroider design in the print is time consuming )

French knots,running stitch embroider technique should be used in this layer.( refer the measurement charts for visible yarn length-page number 07 and the trim card for the details of the thread and the needles-page number 08 )

Before doing the embroidery apply a frame to the fabric, so the fabric will hold tightly.( giving same amount of tension to the whole fabric during the embroidery helps to reduce the pukerings after the embroidery. After nishing the embroidery,laser cut fabric pieces can be attached. Place those pieces on the relevant places on printed base fabric.Consider the guiding marks(refer page 3 & 5)

Attach the beads on relevent places.

Finally you get the textile according to the design
