The opening of the space, the removal of the floors as well as the reorganization of the set contributes to the creation of a fluid entrance at the height of the establishment. Located on the ground floor, like an extension of the street, it is both at the service of customers and curious passers-by.

Designed on two levels, the entrance reserves the reception on the ground floor with the hotel desk and other services of the hotel. A monumental staircase and a walkway lead to the first floor where the public spaces are located; lively space that adapts to the needs of the guests according to the time of day. The 237 rooms at the 25hours Hotel Terminus Nord, ranging from the S to the XL, are conducive to relaxation with colourful and warm motifs. NENI, the hotel’s restaurant, offers Israeli cuisine and the Sape Bar becomes a must-see in the capital, with its warm, friendly and festive atmosphere.

The renovation project combines the existing with the contemporary, by unveiling its new skin and its new identity: 25hours Hotel Termi nus Nord. Thus, the name of the former hotel, steeped in history, was renewed and supple mented by that of the brand.

In order to perpetuate its overall reading, the facade was lifted and refurbished in its original Thespirit.majestic entrance of the hotel, before encapsulated in the building and not visible between the bars and the subway station, is enlarged on two frames, in width and height; and rethought to the proportions of the Designedbuilding. by the architect’s pen, the large mo numental door is in keeping with the ancient style typically Parisian and meets contempo rary forms. Made of cut metal and screen-prin ted glass, it is made using old materials while using current technologies.

The 4-star hotel is thus designed in its entirety so that it offers all the comforts necessary for the smooth running of stays.

Axel Schoenert is recognized and rewarded for his achievements in hotels, offices with emblematic performances and design but also for his coworking projects. Decidedly detached from a specific style, effects and trends, each project is studied as a new page to write. The starting point of this work is the place itself, its history, its culture. This anchorage will define the heart of the project, where interior architecture and design are brought together in the same way as architecture and live in perfect Withharmony.itsprojects, the agency found itself at the centre of urban renewal.
