In this day and age the IT sector plays a major role in the development of an economy. India is no exception. In the past few years this country has seen massive growth in the IT sector, and it has been made obvious that this growth is going to prevail. To relish the fruits this industry bears, many states in India are quickly making space to accommodate and nurture these behemoths. West Bengal, India’s go-to place when it comes to arts and culture, also happens to be one of the leading players who thrives in the IT sector. Naturally, it is to one’s expectation that the state government would dedicate parcels to the IT giants. ITC has its roots set in Bengal and it is now time to set up shop in the motherland where opportunities are plentiful. This project strives to incorporate ITC’s vision of constructing a stateof-the-art IT Park which, not only will cater to the economy but also stand-out as Bengal’s pride and joy.
The plates are stacked on top of another on opposite sides which allows a connection between them through the use of a staircase. This connection will also allow people to disconnect and reconnect freely from their screens freely and the office space will finally be able to be an integral part of the people. The project is located at Rajarhat, New Town, Kolkata. The area is being developed by HIDCO, New Town, Kolkata and segmented into multiple action areas. The Plot no is PLOT NO. AA IIIG/4, Action Area III-G, J.L. No. 09, Mouza-Hatisala, BeontaII Gram Panchayat, falling under the Kolkata Leather Complex Police Station. The site is located opposite to a notable landmark, the “Arts Acre Foundation” art gallery. Rajarhat offers a very good location for establishing new business area.

It strives to keep up with ITC’s vision of standing out as a state-of the-art facility that will be used to nurture the countries existing and upcoming IT professionals.
