Perfect Pairing? TAKING ELEGANCE to a new level, Billo Premium Dispensary partnered with Elkstone Farms to offer guests a seven-course meal paired with cannabis. As guests arrived by a complimentary shuttle, they were greeted with their choice of THC cocktails, gummies, and dabs. Once everyone was relaxed, they were guided through 44

a tour of the greenhouse and surrounding orchard that provides fruits and vegetables for exclusive dinners, including this one, as well as to local restaurants. Even the meat served during the meal came from livestock that grazes the property. After the tour, guests were seated at tables of four to enjoy beer, wine, or THC or CBD infused cocktails. As dishes were served, guests heard about the inspiration for the dish as well as education on the growth and processing of THC products. Joints, hookahs and dabs were also distributed to pair with selections of beef tacos, house salad, soup, trout and more. The meal finished with a delicious sorbet topped by a THC gummy. ELEVATE THE ARTS: Billo’s first event in summer 2023 sold out and was followed by a fall encore. WHEN OPERA Steamboat commissioned Welcome to the Madness, a new opera based on local legends, they were drawn not just to the story of Charlotte Perry and Portia Mansfield, founders of PerryMansfield Camp, but the experience of camp itself. Welcome to the Madness will premiere on the Perry-Mansfield campus in summer 2024. Expect a breathtaking collaboration with dancers from PerryMansfield and professional singers. Move through the historic campus that serves as a backdrop for the moving opera, taking patrons on a journey through three locations as they tell the story of
Takes on a New Life two women who inspired thousands and planted the seeds for the National Endowment for the Arts and Correctives (today known as physical therapy). Camp was once a home for the top modern dancers of the 1920s—think Agnes DeMille and Jose Limon—as well as actors including Julie Harris, Dustin Hoffman, Jessica Biel and countless others.
