In 1997 Alpine Bank’s Classroom Credits program was launched, which evolved into the Education Loyalty Debit Card. Several other cards quickly followed, including the Arts card, which launched in 2004. Artist Vallee Noone was chosen for her signature style of art made3 from intricately-cut pieces of paper. The winning Art Card image portrays the epitome of colorful Colorado, with snowcapped mountains of purple majesty and fields of green and gold.

The bank’s dedication to giving back earned Alpine Bank the Philanthropic Bank of the Year award by Precision Lender, among many other recognitions. For its 50-year golden anniversary, Alpine’s goal in 2023 is to raise $2.5 million with the Loyalty Debit Card program. “Routt County is blessed to have such a rich and vibrant arts culture in a relatively small community,” said Adonna
