The Toledo Symphony’s season features masterpieces like Symphonie Fantastique, Appalachian Spring, and Brahms’s First Symphony, with world-renowned guest artists such as Olga Kern, Sara Davis Buechner, Kerson Leong, and Angela Meade. The KeyBank Pops Series blends timeless classics with contemporary artistry, highlighting artists like international chanteuse EmilieClaire Barlow and Toledo native and Broadway sensation Sara Sheperd.
The Toledo Jazz Orchestra opens the season with Latin jazz legend Arturo Sandoval, while the Toledo Ballet celebrates its 85th Nutcracker, the longest running in North America.
We also mark a milestone with the opening of the Toledo Center for Live Arts, a new home for education and artistic collaboration. This space unites students and professionals, fostering creativity and community.

A holiday tradition for millions, The Nutcracker continues to delight audiences around the world.
In Toledo, a Christmas Eve celebration turns into a high-stakes battle between the Mouse King and the Nutcracker Prince. Clara and her Prince travel to the Land of the Sweets to be enchanted by dances and offerings from around the world. The Sugar Plum Fairy then sends Clara and her Prince off to live happily ever after. Toledo Symphony performs Tchaikovsky’s timeless score for the longest-running production of The Nutcracker in North America.
