Monday 23rd April Helpful Herbs and Flowers Learn about what flowers make a good hand cream, what herbs make a nice, soothing tea. Simple ideas for everyday use of herbs and flowers. Look out for Vicki with the healing herb trolley in the morning 10am – 12pm. Book Vicki for a workshop on your ward in wards in the afternoon, contact Alex or Anne for more details.

Tuesday 24th April Fruit & Veg Stall

Wednesday 25th April Art Trail

Get some fresh, healthy snacks at the fruit and veg stall 10am – 1pm. Come and taste different fruit and get advice on allergies and healthy eating.

Take a short walk round the grounds near the Glasshouses with Anne and discover art works in unusual places.

Gardening Course Want to learn the basics of gardening? Come along to a five week course with Artlink, the Volunteer Hub and the Royal Edinburgh Community Gardens. Learn about all the essentials of gardening - tools, compost, seeds, pots and weeds! Tuesdays 1 – 2.30pm Please get in touch to book your place.

Thursday 26th April Hive Trip Trip with the Hive to the Botanical Gardens 1- 4pm. To book your place contact the Hive on 46256.

House Plant Doctor Tom the gardener will show you how to nurture your office and ward plants back to full health. 1pm – 3pm Part of the Artlink Garden Club

Thursday 29th March – 26th April 2012 Come and Join Us - All Welcome! A month long programme of fun growing events. Come and try flower arranging, willow weaving, bring your green fingers to our celebratory picnic, or have a laugh at our guerilla gardening day!
