SUKKAH DECORATIONS FOR SUCCOT Sukkot is an annual Jewish holiday that celebrates God’s provision of manna and water in the desert after the Exodus from Egypt. The holiday lasts seven days, beginning on the 15th day of the month of Tishrei (September/October) and ending on the 22nd day of the same month. 4. During this holiday, Jews build a small hut called a sukkah, which is decorated with colorful leaves and branches. 5. This holiday also includes special meals and prayers. 6.
