Artisan Design Studio is owned by principal designer, Ryan Williams. She has been practicing interior design for over 20 years and has been a business owner for morethan15ofthose.Ryan'sgoalonallofherprojects istolearnaboutherclientsandtheirfamiliestoensure that she's not only creating beautiful spaces for them, but also improving their mental, physical and emotional well being. She is an Atlanta native and currently lives with herr husband and two children in Roswell. On Saturdays, you’ll find her cheering them on at baseball, swim team&cheerleading.

The Design Flat Fee
Basedontheagreed-uponprojectscope,wewilldevelopaflatfeeforthedesign servicesneededtocompleteyourproject.Thisensurestherewillbenoguessingat howmuchourserviceswillcost,orsurprisesoninvoices.
The Minimum Expenditure
(this applies primarily to furnishings projects)
Eachfullservicedesignprojectwillincludeaminimumexpenditureontangible elementsfortheproject.Thisexpenditurecanincludefurnishings,rugs,lighting, customwindowtreatments,artwork,bedding,etc.Thisisnotabudgetpersebuta minimumagreeduponamounttoengageourresources.Pleasenotethat minimumexpendituresdonotincludesalestax,freightordelivery&installation.
Project Management - Hourly
Projectmanagementtimeisbilledmonthly.Projectmanagementincludes unplannedorunpredictableon-sitemeetingtimewithyourcontractor, subcontractors,etc.Becausemanyon-sitemeetingsinvolveothervendors,weare notalwaysincontrolofthetimelinesorfrequencyofthesemeetings,sounless notedinyourscope,thistimeisbilledseparatelyfromtheprojectdesignfee.

Weprideourselvesonourrelationshipsandourcommunication withcontractors,whetheryou'reusingoneofourrecommended contractorsoryourown.Wepromisetoplaywellwitheveryone!
Somecontractorswhohaveworkedwithdesigners(notus!)inthe pastfearthatwemaycomplicatetheprocess.That'ssimplynot truewithArtisanDesignStudio.Wehelpyoustayonbudget,on timelineandensureyouarehappywithhowyourprojectturnsout. Yourcontractorwillfinishtheprojectwithlessstress,happier clientsandaprojecttheywillbeproudtoaddtotheirportfolio.
Wearenotlicensedcontractors,andassuch,wecannotcontrol subschedules&timelines.Wedoworkcloselywithyourcontractor andtheirsubcontractorstomaintainopencommunicationabout timelines
Weareveryconscientiouswhenworkingwithsubsorcontractorsand onlyworkwithandrecommendthosewetrustinourownhomes.We donotwarrantytheirworkorassumeanyliabilityfortheir performance.
