OurprojectsincludeaDesignFlatFee,aMinimum ExpenditureandProjectManagementFees

The Design Flat Fee

Basedontheagreed-uponprojectscope,wewilldevelopaflatfeeforthe designservicesneededtocompleteyourproject.Thisensurestherewillbeno guessingathowmuchourserviceswillcost,orsurprisesoninvoices.

The Minimum Expenditure

(this applies mostly to furnishings projects)

Eachfullservicedesignprojectwillincludeaminimumexpenditureon tangibleelementsfortheproject.Thisexpenditurecanincludefurnishings, rugs,lighting,customwindowtreatments,artwork,bedding,etc.Thisisnota budgetpersebutaminimumagreeduponamounttoengageour resources.Pleasenotethatminimumexpendituresdonotincludesalestax.

Project Management - Hourly

Projectmanagementtimeisbilledmonthly.Projectmanagementincludes on-sitemeetingtimewithyourcontractor,subcontractors,etc.Becauseonsitemeetingsinvolveothervendors,wearenotalwaysincontrolofthe timelinesofthesemeetings,sounlessnotedinyourscope,thistimeisbilled separatelyfromtheprojectdesignfee.

Ratherthanbillingatanhourlyrateforthedesignprocess,thisflatfeegivesour clientsabetterideafromthebeginningoftheprojectofwhatwillberequiredtodo thebestjobontheirbehalf.Thisfeeisdevelopedbyconsiderationofourhistorical dataofsimilarprojects,thesize&scopeofworkoutlinedandourestimatedtimeto completethedeliverables.

Additionalprojectmanagementwillbeinvolvedintheprojectexecutionand coordinationwiththecontractor/subsforanhourlyrateof$200/hourforthisportion oftheservicesisoutlinedontheadditionalservicespage.

MINIMUM EXPENDITURE 7

Theminimumexpenditureforyourprojectistheinvestmentinproductsyouare agreeingtopurchasethroughArtisanDesignStudio.ThisistheMINIMUMamount youcanexpecttospendtofurnishyourspaceinamannerconsistentwiththe workyou'veseenfromArtisanDesignStudio.

Yourcontractorwillfinishtheprojectwithlessstress,happier clientsandaprojecttheywillbeproudtoaddtotheirportfolio. Wearenotlicensedcontractors,andassuch,wecannotcontrol subschedules&timelines.Wedoworkcloselywithyourcontractor andtheirsubcontractorstomaintainopencommunicationabout timelines

Weareveryconscientiouswhenworkingwithsubsorcontractorsand onlyworkwithandrecommendthosewetrustinourownhomes.We donotwarrantytheirworkorassumeanyliabilityfortheir performance.
