Step 1: Discovery Call

Allprospectiveclientsstartwithascheduledphonecallsothatwecanlearnmoreabout theirproject,theirneedsandtheirexpectationstodetermineifitisagoodfitforourfirm (andifweareagoodfitfortheirproject). Ifyou’dliketoscheduleadiscoverycall,you cancontactusat678-569-4700orviaourwebsiteatwww.artisan-studio.com.Thereisno chargeforthediscoverycall.

Steps 2 & 3: Design Consultation & Customized Proposal

DesignConsultation:Followingthediscoverycall,prospectiveclientscandetermineif theyarereadytomoveforwardwithanon-sitedesignconsultation.Thisconsultationis generally60-90minutes,orenoughtimeforusto“diagnosethepatient”wherewewill evaluateyourneedsasaclient,examineexistinglayoutsandchallengeswithinthespace anddiscussyouroveralldesiresfortheproject.Fornewconstructionoroutoftown projects,consultationscanbeheldatourstudio.

DesignProposal:Approximately14businessdaysfollowingthedesignconsultation,and oncewe’vehadtimetothoughtfullyevaluatetheproject,developadetailedscopeofwork andaddressanyconstructionchallenges,wewillcompileacustomizedproposalthat outlinesourresponsibilitiesasafirmincompletingyourproject.Becauseourworkishighly customizedforeachclient,ourpricingisdoneonaper-projectbasis,whichwillincludea pre-determineddesignfeeandminimumexpenditure.Thefeefortheon-sitedesign consultationwithin25milesofourstudioandthecustomizeddesignproposalis$500. Clientsbeyond25milesorourstudiomayincuranadditionaltravelfeeforthein-home consultation.
