Ryan Williams
OWNER&
PRINCIPLEDESIGNER
Artisan Design Studio is owned by principal designer, Ryan Williams. She has been practicing interior design for over 20 years and has been a business owner for more than 10 of those. Ryan's goal on all of her projects is to learn about her clients and their families to ensure that she's not only creating beautiful spaces for them, but also improving their mental,physicalandemotionalwellbeing.Sheprides herself on being the expert in the room, but also a friendatthetable.
Ryan graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Furnishings & Interiors from the University of Georgia.
She is an Atlanta native and currently lives with her husband and two children in Roswell. On Saturdays, you’ll find her cheering them on at baseball, swim team&cheerleading.
In her free time, she sits on the board of the Professional Women in Homebuilding Council for The AtlantaHomeBuildersAssociation,isontheselection committeeforSunshineonaRanneyDayandenjoys designing accessible bedrooms, bathrooms & therapy rooms for the Sunshine kids, is a Roswell RotarianandisontheboardofBeTHEVoice.

AsArtisan’sDesignCoordinator,Sallyhelpswith sourcing,procurementandallofthebehindthe scenessorcerythatkeepsourprojectsmoving forward.Sallyhasbeenworkinginthedesign industryforover30yearsandhasbeenwith ArtisanDesignStudiosince2020.Shelivesin CantonwithherhusbandScott,andtheir adorablefurbabies.
JUNIORDESIGNER
AbbyGokhaleisarecentgraduateofthe InteriorDesignprogramatSCADAtlanta.She ispassionateaboutresidentialdesignand lovescreatingpersonalized,welcoming spacesthatourclientscancallhome.Abby assiststheArtisanteamwithfloorplanning, productprocurement,anddesign assistance.Inherfreetime,sheenjoys exploringdesigntrendsandspendingtime withherfamily.

Step 1: Discovery Call
Allofourprospectiveclientsstartwithascheduledphonecallsothatwecanlearnmore abouttheirproject,theirneedsandtheirexpectationstodetermineifitisagoodfitforour firm(andifweareagoodfitfortheirproject). Ifyou’dliketoscheduleadiscoverycall,you cancontactusat678-569-4700orviaourwebsiteatwww.artisan-studio.com.Thereisno chargeforthediscoverycall.
Steps 2 & 3: Design Consultation & Customized Proposal
DesignConsultation:Followingthediscoverycall,prospectiveclientscandetermineifthey arereadytomoveforwardwithanon-sitedesignconsultation.Thecostfortheon-site meeting&proposalis$500,whichcoversthetimewespendatyourhomeandthetime backatthestudiocreatingyourcustomdesignproposal.Thisconsultationisgenerally6090minutes,orenoughtimeforusto“diagnosethepatient”wherewewillevaluateyour needsasaclient,examineexistinglayoutsandchallengeswithinthespaceanddiscussyour overalldesiresfortheproject.Fornewconstructionoroutoftownprojects,consultationscan beheldatourstudio.
DesignProposal:Approximately14businessdaysfollowingthedesignconsultation,andonce we’vehadtimetothoughtfullyevaluatetheproject,developadetailedscopeofworkand addressanyconstructionchallenges,wewillcompileacustomizedproposalthatoutlinesour responsibilitiesasafirmincompletingyourproject.Becauseourworkishighlycustomizedfor eachclient,ourpricingisdoneonaper-projectbasis,whichwillincludeapre-determined designfeeandminimumexpenditure.
Thefeefortheon-sitedesignconsultationANDthecomprehensivedesignproposalis$500. Clientsbeyonda25mileradiusofourstudiomayincuranadditionaltravelfeeof$100per additionalhourofdrivetimeforthein-homeconsultation.
Step 4: Proposal Review
Onceyoureceivetheproposal,pleasereviewitindepth,aswewanttoensure we’veaddressedeverythingonyourwishlist.Basedonyourscopeandanticipated investment,wemaysuggestedbreakingforprojectintomanageablephasesand willdetailthescopeandtimelineaccordingly.
Feelfreetoemailuswithanyquestionsorreachoutifyou’dliketoscheduleacall toreviewyourproposal.
Step 5: Contract & Scheduling
Oneyourproposalisfinalized,wewillsendoveracontractandinvoiceforany designfeesthataredueatthestartoftheproject.We’llreviewtimelinesandget startedsettingupourinitialdesignmeetingsaslistedinyourproposal. Now
the fun begins!
