Ryan Williams
OWNER&
PRINCIPLEDESIGNER
Artisan Design Studio is owned by principal designer, Ryan Williams. She has been practicing interior design for over 20 years and has been a business owner for more than 10 of those. Ryan's goal on all of her projects is to learn about her clients and their families to ensure that she's not only creating beautiful spaces for them, butalsoimprovingtheirmental,physicalandemotional well being. She prides herself on being the expert in the room,butalsoafriendatthetable.
Ryan graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Furnishings&InteriorsfromtheUniversityofGeorgia.
She is an Atlanta native and currently lives with her husband and two children in Roswell. On Saturdays, you’llfindhercheeringthemonatbaseball,swimteam &cheerleading.
Inherfreetime,shesitsontheboththeboardofthe ProfessionalWomeninHomebuildingCouciland CustomBuilders&RemodelersCouncilforTheAtlanta HomeBuildersAssociation.Sheisontheboardandthe selectioncommitteeforSunshineonaRanneyDayand enjoysdesigningaccessiblebedrooms,bathrooms& therapyroomsfortheSunshinekids.Sheisalsoa RoswellRotarianandisontheboardofBeTHEVoice.
JUNIORDESIGNER
AbbyGokhaleisagraduateoftheInterior DesignprogramatSCADAtlanta.Sheis passionateaboutresidentialdesignand lovescreatingpersonalized,welcoming spacesthatourclientscancallhome.Abby assiststheArtisanteamwithfloorplanning, productprocurement,projectmanagement anddesignassistance.Inherfreetime,she enjoysexploringdesigntrendsandspending timewithherfamily.
JUNIORDESIGNER
RyleeRutlandearnedherBachelor’sdegree inInteriorDesignfromGeorgiaSouthern University.Ryleehasaloveforminimalism, naturalgreensandblues,andincorporating uniqueelementsthatmakeeachspaceone ofakind.She’spassionateabout transforminginteriorsintobeautiful, functionalreflectionsofthepeoplewholive andworkinthem.

Step 1: Discovery Call
EveryprojectbeginswithaDiscoveryCall.Thisconversationgivesusthe opportunitytolearnmoreaboutyourproject,yourgoals,andyourexpectations, whilealsoallowingyoutogettoknowourteamanddesignprocess. Webelievethatasuccessfulprojectstartswiththerightpartnership.Duringthis call,we'lldiscussyourneeds,answeranyquestionsyoumayhave,and determinewhetherArtisanDesignStudioistherightfitforyourproject—and whetherwearetherightteamtohelpbringyourvisiontolife. Step 2A: Design Consultation
Followingthediscoverycall,prospectiveclientscandetermineiftheyarereadyto moveforwardwithanon-sitedesignconsultation.Thecostfortheon-site meeting&proposalis$500,whichcoversthetimewespendatyourhomeand thetimebackatthestudiocreatingyourcustomdesignproposal.This consultationisgenerally60-90minutes,orenoughtimeforusto“diagnosethe patient”wherewewillevaluateyourneedsasaclient,examineexistinglayouts andchallengeswithinthespaceanddiscussyouroveralldesiresfortheproject. Fornewconstructionoroutoftownprojects,consultationscanbeheldatour studio.
OUR PROCESS, CONTINUED
Step 2B: Customized Proposal
Approximately14businessdaysfollowingthedesignconsultation,andoncewe’vehadtime tothoughtfullyevaluatetheproject,developadetailedscopeofworkandaddressany constructionchallenges,wewillcompileacustomizedproposalthatoutlinesour responsibilitiesasafirmincompletingyourproject.Becauseourworkishighlycustomized foreachclient,ourpricingisdoneonaper-projectbasis,whichwillincludeapredetermineddesignfeeandminimumexpenditure.
Thefeefortheon-sitedesignconsultationANDthecomprehensivedesignproposalis$500.
Clientsbeyonda25mileradiusofourstudiomayincuranadditionaltravelfeeof$100per additionalhourofdrivetimeforthein-homeconsultation.
Step 4: Proposal Review
Onceyoureceivetheproposal,pleasereviewitindepth,aswewanttoensurewe’ve addressedeverythingonyourwishlist.Basedonyourscopeandanticipatedinvestment, wemaysuggestedbreakingforprojectintomanageablephasesandwilldetailthescope andtimelineaccordingly.
Feelfreetoemailuswithanyquestionsorreachoutifyou’dliketoscheduleacalltoreview yourproposal.
Step 5: Contract & Scheduling
Oneyourproposalisfinalized,wewillsendoveracontractandinvoiceforanydesignfees thataredueatthestartoftheproject.We’llreviewtimelinesandgetstartedsettingupour initialdesignmeetingsaslistedinyourproposal.
