REHABILITATION CARE
When discharged from the hospital, patients may need transitional care before going home. Beaumont’s medical, nursing and rehabilitation teams understand the emotional and physical challenges the recovery process presents, and can help you return to your own life quickly and confidently.
Upon admission, our Health Center staff creates an individualized plan of care, incorporating your treatment program, medication, nutrition, and routine daily activities. Combining all of our resources and expertise, we provide a coordinated plan of care that will maximize your health, comfort and independence. Closely integrated with our on-site medical team and nurse practitioner, our rehabilitation team includes physical, occupational and speech therapy.
OUR NURSING STAFF IS ON-DUTY 24/7 to see to your every need, while you enjoy the comforts of home in a private suite with TV, phone and WiFi, and three healthy, delicious meals per day.
