At Beaumont, we believe good health begins with eating well. Beaumont boasts its own executive chef who, along with his staff, has been performing culinary magic for 20 years.The first floor of the Austin Mansion houses seven intimate formal dining rooms as well as a casual Grill Room and porch – dine in a different room every day of the week if you choose. Or eat in and have your meal delivered to your doorstep.The Executive Chef and his staff provide a menu with a wide variety of choices and dietary preferences, and are also available to cater private parties in your home.

Our emphasis is on preventive care through our Outpatient Wellness Center.The Wellness Center operates 365 days per year, with convenient office hours seven days per week, including holidays.Working with our clinical staff - state certified and licensed Resident Care Coordinator, Nurse Practitioner, and Insurance Liaison - you are an active participant in the proactive management of your health and well being. All outpatient care services and the first six months of personal care and skilled nursing are available to Beaumont residents at no extra cost.

The apartments and villas at Beaumont are beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would expect.

Our generous floor plans are substantially larger than those in comparable communities, and ownership allows residents the option of custom finishes and upgrades for all units.

Two three-story buildings house 131 one- and two-bedroom apartments, while 68 one- and two-bedroom private villas and a gatehouse look out over our tree lined campus. Apartments range from 1,029 to 2,346 square feet of living space, plus balcony, storage, and covered garage parking. Villas range from 1,668 to 3,940 square feet of living space on either one or two levels, and are available with various combinations of private gardens, patios or decks, and one- or two-car garages.

Personal Care and Skilled Nursing

More than likely, the in-house clinical staff will meet your day-to-day medical needs. However, should more serious health problems arise, Beaumont offers personal care to residents who need help managing, but do not need constant skilled nursing care. Skilled nursing care becomes the next transitional option for residents who need full-time – Don Trachtenberg, resident care and close supervision by professional staff. Residents who move to a skilled nursing floor can reside there on a temporary, long-term, or permanent basis depending on their health needs.When acute care or intervention is required, Beaumont is also located just minutes from world-class hospital facilities.
