Our focus is on preventative care through our outpatient Wellness Center. Working with our clinical staff you’ll establish a health baseline and personal health goals, and with regular check-ups you’ll track your progress towards the healthiest self you can be.
Beaumont features fully-staffed physical therapy and fitness facilities that offer personal and group exercise programs geared to your abilities and preferences. From low-impact pool exercises, professional cardio and strength equipment, to a personal trainer, Beaumont encourages you to stay your fittest.
OUR WELLNESS STAFFWELLNESS CENTER
The Wellness Center is your access point to primary care and specialist consultation. It is open 365 days per year, with convenient office hours seven days per week, including holidays. Together with the clinical staff – state certified and licensed Resident Care Coordinator, Nurse Practitioner, and Insurance Liaison – the goal is for you to be an active participant in the management of your health and well-being.

PERSONAL CARE
Our clinical staff (nurses and nurse practitioner) provides a tailored personal care program when health problems prevent you from fully managing on your own.
When personal care is required, residents do not lose the freedom of choice that sets Beaumont apart. You can choose to move to our dedicated personal care wing where professional staff is on hand for twenty-four hour assistance with bathing, medication, housekeeping, transportation, and other activities. Or you can choose to remain in your own apartment or villa and retain your own caregiver for support.
