Digigram Calls Iqoya Connect “Your Golden Ticket”
Iqoya Connect is Digigram’s remote broadcast cloud solution. “The sophisticated yet powerful cloud-based service is designed to give professionals complete control over their entire codec fleet, surrounding all phases of remote broadcasting,” it states.
The service allows remote management, monitoring and remote control of a broadcaster’s audio codec infrastructure via high-quality, reliable and secure audio connection. It contains visualizations of all codec statuses, logs, packet data and statistics and is compatible with third-party codecs.
“Iqoya Connect makes all calls and assistance requests easier by providing access through web-based applications accessible in the field. Broadcasters can create field codec configurations remotely and on the fly, giving remote talent the ability to log into their field codec and download all of their settings from the cloud.” Thus there’s no need to preconfigure field codecs or worry about users taking the wrong codecs into the field.
If hardware codecs are not available, Iqoya Connect gives engineers the ability to generate custom URLs connecting remote guests to a studio codec with a web browser link. The secure connection service Iqoya Connect displays generates a failure-free setup between field and studio codecs with real-time alarm and communication monitoring.

It also provides unlimited remote access to field codec settings. “With around the clock operational support and remote accessibility from anywhere in the world,” Digigram says, “Iqoya Connect is a guaranteed golden ticket.”
