INITIAL LETTERS OF INTEREST

Letters of Intent will be reviewed on a rolling basis with final LOI’s due by April 12, 2022.

PROPERTY VISITATION

Property tours shall only be granted upon authorization by Berkadia and the seller. Furthermore, Property tours will be granted only after initial offers have been received. Tours will only be granted to prospective purchasers presenting qualified offers. All tours will be scheduled following the initial offering deadline.
