The company says the strut features a custom-tuned shock absorber calibrated to restore the vehicle’s ride and performance. Key applications include late model GM/Duramax, Dodge/Cummins, and Ford Powerstrokee q u i p p e d d i e s e l trucks. The company says it is the first to market with the new diesel par ticulate filters for light- and medium-duty vehicles. The Class 2 and 3 DPF launch represents the initial offering for a comprehensive diesel program. Tracer Products leak sealer works with all popular refrigerants Tracer Products, a division of Spectronics Corp., says its Tracerline Cool Seal A/C Leak Sealer seals slow leaks in compressors, condensers, evaporators, accumulators, O-rings and hoses quickly and permanently. The non-polymer, oil-soluble formula is safe for A/C system components and recovery equipment and is compatible with all popular refrigerants, including R-1234yf (requires TP-9831CS adapter). Tracer Products says Cool Seal is a practical alternative to expensive parts replacement on older, high-mileage vehicles and can remain safely in the system to guard against future leaks. The company says the three new European brake bleeding kits allow a much quicker method for pressure bleeding than traditional methods. All of the European kits pair one of the three classic Phoenix brake bleeders with a master cylinder cap that is suitable for most European cars. The master cylinder cap allows these three units to function as a pressure bleeder and makes the reverse bleeding process even quicker, according to the company. Clore says the PL4020 combines fully automatic operation and the ability to properly charge a wide variety of lead acid battery types, including conventional, AGM, spiral wound, start-stop, deep cycle and marine batteries. Clore says each channel is fully independent, so a problem battery on one channel does not impact the rest of the batteries under charge. The company says the specially designed driver works with the included sockets or bit holder and 5/16-inch hex impact bits. The hex shape of the sockets and flats on the bit holder allow use of a turning wrench while impacting the fastener. A locking pin in the driver keeps the bit holder in place on the square drive for safe operation. The bit holder can be removed from the driver by depressing the pin. LISLE CORP. MAT Holdings Inc. says the brake shoe kits include the brake shoes themselves, plus wheel cylinders, spreader springs, and installation hardware. As a result, installation time is cut by up to 50%. Shop owners also can save time that would otherwise be spent sourcing the various components.
