Vogue marks anniversary with red-stripe tire
Vogue Tyre and Rubber Co. is celebrating 105 years in business with a new, special edition tire that features a red stripe on its sidewall. The Limited Edition Red Stripe tire is available in three sizes: 235/55R17, 245/40R20 and 285/45R22. The red stripe replaces Vogue’s traditional gold stripe on the white sidewall, according to Vogue officials.

Bartec Rite-Sensor line is easily programmable
Bartec USA LLC has introduced its own line of tire pressure monitoring system sensors under the Rite-Sensor brand. Rite-Sensor sensors are programmable, enabling technicians to use a Bartec Tech400SD or newer TPMS tool to configure them based on a vehicle’s make, model and year. They also come with dual valve options and represent a single SKU solution, which helps reduce inventory, according to Bartec officials.

New Firestone ag tire provides longer life
Bridgestone Americas Inc. has unveiled a new farm tire, the Firestone Maxi Traction. The tire features a tread pattern that is designed for improved wear rate and longer life, plus R-1W tread depth and a dual-angle tread pattern for increased contact with the soil and enhanced traction. The Maxi Traction also contains Bridgestone’s AD2 technology to help tractors carry heavier loads at lower air pressure levels, which reduces fuel consumption and minimizes soil compaction.
