Project Knit Well

A group of lovely supporters have spent the past few months knitting gloves, scarves, beanies and headbands to donate to us to sell as a way to raise funds to help us continue to improve the lives of people with arthritis.

Knitting and crocheting are fantastic exercises to keep joints active. There are 27 bones in our hands, and if you have sore and stiff hands, it is really important to exercise them, lubricating the joints and keeping them strong enabling more mobility and quality of life.
