January 3, 2024 Dear Friends, On behalf of the City of Jersey City, I am pleased to extend warm wishes to all those gathered at the Art House Productions’ 16th Snow Ball Gala in Jersey City. Art House Productions is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit arts organization committed to developing and presenting the performing and visual arts in Jersey City. Art House Productions produces and presents original theater, events, visual arts, adult and youth art education classes, festivals such as Your Move, the Jersey City Comedy Festival, and the free city-wide arts festival, JC Fridays. Art House Productions has been an exceptional partner in the City of Jersey City’s efforts to support and promote artists and the art organization throughout the City. Snow Ball presents a great opportunity for businesses to promote their brands to an enthusiastic, arts-friendly audience. This year’s event raises funds for another aspiring season of arts and educational programming. In supporting the Art House Productions, we are working together here in Jersey City and invite all of New Jersey in a common goal to spread artistic prosperity by supporting the most important element any culture has to offer its future generations…the Arts! The Art House Reopening Campaign aims to raise $500,000 to address the immediate needs of our new space. We have achieved 70% of our $500,000 goal! Art House has secured $100,000 in funding from a significant American foundation that prefers to remain anonymous. The foundation has presented Art House with a challenge—to secure $50,000 in new donor pledges by the end of 2024.
