The litter of Consumer Packaging and its use by Manufacturing Companies to advertise their goods is noticeable in the environment. The possiable Tax allowance to companies for non-returnable packaging by Governments is worth thinking about In all this may become necessary to engage in a kind of mental shift when viewing litter encouraged by Governments and Manufacturers.

sale.
Products
are
available
inside the shop, however the items for sale are non-functional, satirical and priced in an irrational manner, either too expensive or ridiculously cheap. The makers are in fact artists who are participating in the project. Ideology: The proposal is seen as an investigation of culture in Western Australia, it's prejudices, demons, gods, the veculiarities of life that are intrinsic to this time and space. The attitude is satrical or humorous, pokes fun at common conceptions held by various groups in the social structure, and attempts to shift, change or focus the identity of Western Australia on itself. The vehicle is the shop itself, the products and the interaction in selling those products. The model imploys humor that questions
ideals, attacks prejudices and alters the commonplace withovt drawing obvious conclusions. Where necessary it makes diametrically opposed conclusions

The cashier claims that the items were mismarked, are actually 59 times as costly. 2. The salesperson claims the item is the ‘ast one in stock, can not be sold and issues a phony raincheck, or trys to get a higher price through any negotiating tactic short of violence. 3. The salesverson refuses to sell the vroduct because she "likes it," or it was oromised to the Perth “oo, or the manufacturer has recalled the entire line because it was found to be contributing to the spread of dieback. 4. The manager is NOT available: requests to see the manager will be delt with in a forthright manner. The customer will be given a photocopy of a mad of King's Park. The map wil? be currently dated and rubber stamped with a small Goanna footprint indicating the current location of the manager.

Finance-whether or not the project is profit orientated. It would seem that if it is designed as a business doomed to failure, that it would indeed not even cover opperating expenses. In keeping with the it is suggested that businesses that try to succeed, ideology, however, fail, and those that are off-putting or insulting to sensitive and intelligent people, inevitably succeed. Therefore, failure should be treated as a mockery, knowing full well that this is the route to obvious success. it should be determined Since the business will sueceed through failure,

The project is invitational . A full scale attack is to be launched through all channels of the community, media, etc., involving artists and non-artists in a barrage of satirical madness, during the festival of Perth, 1980. The model exists for two weeks, then disappears without trace.
