• Si la mente tiene prisa, no esta en calma, no puedo ver las soluciones, pero quiza este al frente saltando.

• RESPETO MI MENTE ? O LA LLENO CON BASURA Y ESPERO • Tener como practicas regulares el silencio, la calma, escuchar tu mente y pensamientos, hara que tengas el control.

• Si dices cosas que no son sabias creas tension en tu mente.

• Como quiero tratar con la situacion ? Habla lento, come lento, camina lento.

• Una mente pacifica y estable puede entender como se sienten las personas.

• En la interaccion con otras personas evita absorver su stress, no te lo cargues.

• Si tu no aceptas algo que alguien te da en la mano, que es basura, quien se queda con este regalo ?

• No des a los otros sufrimiento ,pero tampoco recibas sufrimiento.

• La forma en la que yo siento es mi eleccion.

• Si nos quedamos atrapados en las dinamicas de otros, la mente se cansa rapido.

• Hay que mantener la mente con pensamientos de alta calidad.

• La calidad de la vida depende de la calidad de tu mente.

• Cuando la vida te da limones agrios, haz limonada.

• If the mind is in a hurry, there isn’t calm, I can not see the solutions, but maybe are jumping in front.

• When the mind is quiet I can find solutions to all problems.

• RESPECT MY MIND? OR FILLED WITH GARBAGE AND I HOPE • Have the regular practice silence, quiet, listen to your mind and thoughts will make you have control.

• If you say things that are not wise create tension in your mind.

• As I deal with the situation? Talk slowly, eat slowly, walk slowly.

• A peaceful and stable mind can understand how people feel.

• In the interaction with others, avoids absorb his stress, do not load it to yourself.

Cuales son mis talentos?. Hay que llegar a la escencia del alma, esto les da mucha mas satisfaccion que ganar dinero, no tener o tener es algo que no les preocupa o estresa.

• Motivación emocional a corto plazo, inmediata, dinero, proyectos, casa, autos, etc.

• Motivación espiritual a largo plazo, toda la vida, enfoque pensamiento, es mas profunda.

• Cuando recreamos el pasado o imaginamos el futuro creamos barreras mentales que nos impiden ser quien realmente queremos ser o quien realmente somos.

• Para cualquier dificultad lo mejor es siempre ver desde fuera de la situacion, convertirnos en observadores conscientes de nosostros mismos.

• Si quiero mejores resultados en mi vida, en mi mundo interno y externo, necesito un nuevo angulo, un nuevo comportamiento.

• MEANING LIFE/VOCATION: have they felt interior call, which really motivates me? In what am I good? How can I contribute to the world?

How can I be useful? Which are my talents?. It is necessary to come to the essence of the soul, this gives them many more satisfaction to gain money, not to have or to have is something that does not worry or stress them.

• Short-term, immediate emotional motivation, money, projects, house, cars, etc.

• Long-term spiritual motivation, the whole life, approach thought, is deeper.

• When we recreate the past or imagine the future we create mental barriers that prevent us from being who really we want to be or who really we are.

• For any difficulty the best thing is always to see from the outside of the situation, to turn us into conscious observers of ourselves.

• Las espectativas son una invitación para la irritación. Cuanto espero de los demás?, cuanto les acepto ? Debo cambiar en mi chip: espectativas = aceptación. 2 mentes tensas no pueden comunicarse, debo encontrar primero mi paz dejar de un lado las espectativas en el otro y cambiarla por aceptación, para asi encontrar paz en los otros.

LAS DOS MEJORES VISIONES SON : APRENDER VIRTUDES Y SER ACTOR: • Hacen valorar mejor tu carácter • Si se pierde la riqueza no se pierde nada, si se pierde la salud se pierde algo, pero si se pierde el carácter se pierde todo.

• I must ponder always and decide if I must be an actor or spectator of every situation.
