How can you help us?
As a charity we rely on external funding, sales of artworks and donations from the public. There are several ways you can support us: • Buy an artwork (we receive a third commission on all sales)
• A donation (via donation boxes, main reception, online or post)

Art at the Heart Projects Art Commissions and Design
Art and Design in the built environment has and will always remain core to the organisation’s business objectives. The Arts Team plays a vital role in a number of on-going capital projects across the hospital.
Exhibitions
The RUH has one of Bath’s largest and most accessible exhibition spaces. A third from all sales made goes to the RUH Arts Fund, helping to continue the work we do for the Trust.
Soundbite
The Soundbite music programme brings a varied line-up of music to patients, staff and visitors at the RUH; this involves live musical performances as well as interactive music workshops.
• Take part in a Forever Friends fundraising event on our behalf • Donate an artwork • Sponsor an exhibition or arts commission Whichever way you choose, you will be helping us maintain and continue this valuable service for many more patients and their families to come.

pARTicipate
We run a ‘pARTicipate’ programme of art workshops for patients on wards, please visit www.artatruh.org to learn more about each project. We provide year round opportunities for patients and their families to engage with the arts. There is evidence that participation in the arts improves outcomes for patients through developing the patient environment, encouraging and supporting social skills and increasing self-esteem and confidence.
