The Strong Workforce Program (SWP) helps students access high-demand, high-wage careers and is focused on real-world results. SWP supports innovation, data-driven outcomes, and strong regional partnerships to meet evolving workforce needs.
BRIDGING K12 AND CAREERS
K12 Strong Workforce Program (K12 SWP) helps K12 schools create and expand career-focused education that aligns with community college programs and regional workforce needs. It expands career technical education (CTE) courses and connects students to in-demand careers by building clear pathways from high school to college and into well-paying jobs, through strong partnerships with educators, industry, and community organizations.
