After the closing of the airport project with the company AISAC (Ajuste industrial S A C) I was contacted by the Ricardo Palma University, which has become the first university with a faculty of architecture that has accredited with SUNEDU a BIM curriculum That is why I was invited to teach different courses with BIM methodology Requesting me to bring the experience and knowledge acquired in the Jorge Chavez expansion project

Achievements:
Re-planning of the Architectural Expression IV course by teaching the development of a PRE-PEB instilling within the student the ability to manage a project while teaching the necessary BIM modeling tools 1.
Replanning of the BIM I Project Workshop course by implementing a PEB that gives us a weekly follow-up of the development of both the model and the BIM management, teaching and evaluating BIM models in a LOD/LOIN 300 The objective is to have models ready for the metering process taught in the following course 2

Re-planning of the BIM II Project Workshop course by implementing a PEB whose purpose will be to have accurate metrics and generate costs and budgets for the chosen project, for which a modeling and supervision protocol based on the ISO 19650 standard is created

I was promoted and I am leading both the BIM design department and the Engineering department for the last 6 months, being involved in the quotation and valuation of more than 40 infrastructure and building projects both with BIM methodology and with a traditional CAD approach at the client's request, thus awarding more than 85% of the projects with which I maintain negotiation and monitoring of the project with clients, this makes imperative a comprehensive control of internal quality systems managing RFI databases and tracking customer approvals for final release

Creation of a collaborative database system for the design area where project information is redistributed and from which management, projects, operations, logistics, purchasing and quality areas can receive feedback with the information elaborated.

I joined AISAC, part of the GRUPO MENDOZA corporation looking to contribute leading the BIM area with a team of modelers, whose main project was the new contract won for the expansion of the new Jorge Chavez airport Specifically the design, manufacture and assembly of interior metal structures of the entire airport terminal For which I was involved in the different stages of meeting with the client, validation of the design of structures, modeling and parametric assignment of data at a level of LOD 400 including 3D - 4D - 5D information. This in order to have a follow-up control of works and to be able to close valuations with the client

Supervision of implementation of retail stores of luxury brands in major shopping centers in Lima, Peru Coordinating a range of 15 to 20 workers between Bricklayers and Sanitary / Drywallers / Plasterers / Painters and Suppliers of different specialties (of which I was in charge of quoting and submitting budgets and estimates to management). I managed the delivery times of the projects to the client's quality architects, both national and international Finally, I was in charge of closing the projects and making the field reconsiderations of all the decisions that were taken on site regarding the project
