Design of Commercial Plaza
Design Concept:
In this design option, a more modern approach was chosen with glass being the primary element. The front façade is made of mostly black tinted glass sheets joined via use of spider connectors.

The stairway and elevator area are covered with GPC jalis for better ventilation and are secured with chain-link door at entry at ground floor.
The front porch is covered by glass canopy made of tubular framework, suspended via use of hangers connected directly to building slab. The front plate having the name of the complex also situated on the glass canopy. Other things like basement parking on left hand side and two wheeler parking on ground level remains the same. Compound Wall design as provided.
Design Concept:
This design option is driven by most of its work done in of exposed RCC construction. The front façade, made of tinted black glass, was mostly covered with a premade custom GPC Jali made according to design. The right hand side of facade uses clean glass made of seamless panes.
The stairway and elevator area is covered with glass with chain-link door at entry at ground floor. The roof of the mumty features an extended façade design, where roof lamps are installed.
The porch in front is made of RCC tier with pergola design on top. It is directly joined to slab of ground floor level. Two Wheeler parking on right side of the site whereas additional parking in basement approached from left side of the structure. Other elements remain the same.

Design Concept: Dining Area
The ceiling above the dining area is renovated into large wooden panel with LED spotlights placed along its edges. A hanging light is also placed in center.
The adjoining wall is completely renovated using woodwork as per design.
Other work includes complete overhaul of flooring with white marble stone and whitewashing of walls.
Design Concept: Staircase
The staircase is completely rebuilt from marble stone with independent steps connected to adjoining wall and supported via diagonal beam running in middle under it. The railing is made of toughened glass panels with wooden handrail running on the inside.
Complete renovation of adjoining wall, behind staircase, as per design. Large panels made of Kota stone and mirrors are placed adjacent to each other with spot lamps on top of mirrors panels.
