The charcuterie boards paired beautifully with the bourbons, creating delightful flavor combinations. Pete Patel, the knowledgeable guide from Tullahoma’s Liquor Locker, shared fascinating bourbon facts. As a token of appreciation, each guest received a flight of bourbon glasses - a memento to cherish the memories made that evening.

What is your favorite part about working at the Fitness Center?
I love being able to help others to adopt a healthier and more physically active lifestyle. I also enjoy the unlimited access to all the “Free” Weights!
What do you wish the AEDC community knew about the Fitness Center?
That you don’t have to be nervous or already in shape to walk inside these doors. We welcome everyone! We are here to assist and guide you to where you want to be in your fitness journey!
What is your favorite memory at the Fitness Center?
The first day I instructed the Interval Training class after I received my ACE Group Fitness Instructor Certification. The class had been put on a hold for months until a new instructor was available. I was glad to be able to give the patrons back the class that they really enjoyed coming to.
