2 Balconies are provided, in which one acts as a private space for the client to have his drink without disturbing the other activities of the house. The same pattern is followed for the bedrooms.
Pooja space is placed in the Northeast in a way that the morning sun light directly enters the space and radiates a positive energy in the form of light. Kitchen occupies the Southeast corner of the house along with dining area. A double height living room is provided in the North with maximum opening in the ground floor & first floor. Deck is accesses from the living room.
2 Bedrooms are provied in the Southwest. Bath & Toilets are provided in the North west.Thestaircase in the South takes you to the Lounge in the first floor.
By passing through the sit out in the East facing entry, we’ll reach a foyer.

DESIGN STRATEGY:
The ANCHOR STORE acts as the focal point. The traffic flows towards the Anchor store. Other shops were stratigically placed along the flow of traffic. This makes the shoppers to have a glimpse of other shop which inturn increases the footfall of the shops.
