TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

If you’re experiencing issues with the R.O.E. Rater, please follow the troubleshooting steps below. These steps are designed to resolve common problems quickly and efficiently. If the issue persists after trying the suggested solutions, additional help is available.

Steps to Troubleshoot:

1. Close all open browsers

• Shut down all open browser windows.

• Reopen a new browser session and try accessing the system again.

2. Try a different browser

• If the problem continues, switch to a different browser. We recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for optimal performance.

3. Restart your computer

• Restart your computer to clear any temporary issues that might be causing the problem.

4. Check printer functionality (if issue is printing-related)

• Power off the printer, wait a few seconds, then power it back on.

• Confirm that printing works from other systems or applications to rule out printer-specific issues.

5. Contact support
