Site Plan

SITE LOCATION:

AREA OF SITE: AMUO-ADOFIN, LAGOS 400,000 SQM

The site comprises of primarily; walkways, tarred roads and green areas. With the private zone of the site making up majority of the site, consisting of a driveway and parking to accomaodate staff.

While the public zone consists of a public access to the site, public parking to accomodate customers, walkways for those accessing the site without cars and a drop off open to the public.

Site Zoning

The site is divided into three zones based on their elements and their functions namely; Built area, green area and circulation. With the built area including all constructed edifices, the green area encompassing lawns, trees and other natural elements. While the circulation zone includes all the tarred areas and sidewalks responsible for making movement arround the site possible.

Floor Plans

The floor plan of the bank design consists of two major zones; private zone and public zone. Whith the private zone consisting of spaces accessible generally to the public and staff such as the; general banking hall, toilets, reception, waiting areas etc. and the private zone in which access is limited to staff only such as the; vault, staff offices, staff toilets etc.

SECTION & ELEVATIONS

In terms of the exterior design of the building, materials such as steel, aluminium panels, glass and concrete were used to finish the building. with the majority of the building being cladded with aluminium panels and an arcade of steel members decoratively Fenestrations are mainly sealed off with curtain walls while most other smaller fenestrations such as the ones in bathrooms are sealed off with ribbon windows.
