Coming from a background within health and fitness, Matt has always had a passion for optimizing health and wellness, and utilizing cannabis in tandem with more traditional pathways. Matt learned early on that the way to achieve true “reLeaf” was by approaching this from an individual, needs-based perspective . Specializing in Kinesiology in his undergraduate studies, Matt received his Bachelors of Science from Georgetown College. This led him to pursue a path towards physical therapy, and ultimately into personal training. Combined, Matt has over 15 years in the health and fitness industry, and has now married that experience with cannabis. As the first dispensary to open in Northwest Arkansas in August of 2019, Matt has had the privilege to enter the Arkansas cannabis industry with a unique perspective that focuses on providing an unparalleled experience within the cannabis industry, in which it is truly patient-focused. Understanding individual needs, and ensuring each patient receives a personalized experience every time they walk through the door is paramount at the ReLeaf Center. Matt also serves on the Board for the Arkansas Cannabis Industry Association (ACIA), and has played an active role in driving reforms within the industry. In 1974, Alan Leveritt dropped out of UALR during his senior year and started the Arkansas Times with a $200 investment from bookstore owner Jim Bell. Years later, Bell confessed he had written “donation” on the check stub, never expecting to see his $200 again. Since then the Arkansas Times has become what Leveritt describes as “the voice of the blue community in a very red state.” The magazine will celebrate its 48th anniversary in September. Leveritt is a longtime advocate for legal medical and recreational cannabis. He lives and farms on his great-grandparents’ 87 acres, where he raises heirloom tomatoes, strawberries, raspberries and a wide variety of other fruits and vegetables for restaurants and farmers markets.
Angela Campagna is a licensed clinical social worker and certified clinical trauma professional. She has been diagnosing, educating and treating those who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder for more than a decade. As a U.S. Marine veteran suffering from PTSD, she has a unique ability to connect and help others heal. This extensive professional and personal experience has allowed her to directly observe the therapeutic effects of implementing medical marijuana as a tool to overcome and manage PTSD.

Daniel Whitelocke, MD Dr. Daniel Whitelocke is the owner and founder of Ozark MMJ Cards. Steve Lancaster is the Managing Partner for Wright Lindsey Jennings, the second largest law firm in Arkansas, and has been practicing since 1993. In July, RGA submitted over 193,000 signatures to the Arkansas Secretary of State - the biggest submission in the history of Arkansas ballot initiatives.

In August, the Arkansas Secretary of State certified RGA's signatures, validating the AAUCA's place on the fall ballot.
Grants additional funding to Arkansas hospitals, including U.A.M.S., and provides critical resources for medical services in undeserved and rural areas. Increases available funds for economic development efforts and creates thousands of new good-paying cannabis industry jobs. Improves the Arkansas’ existing medical marijuana program by removing burdensome taxes that are currently being paid by qualified patients receiving medical treatment.
RGA will have a final decision from the Arkansas Supreme Court on the AAUCA before voting begins this fall.
Supports the operation of Arkansas Drug Courts, which focus on reducing repeat offenses and substance abuse among nonviolent substance abusing offenders.
Currently, RGA is provisionally on the fall ballot. RGA is confident, based on Arkansas Supreme Court precedent, that the AAUCA will be voted on this fall and Arkansans' votes will count.
Arkansas' successful medical marijuana program has already brought in over $400 million in sales. Adult-use cannabis will generate more sales and create millions in new tax revenue.
Decriminalizes possession of up to one ounce of cannabis, by adults 21 and over. Possession by individuals under 21 years of age will remain illegal.
The Arkansas Adult Use Cannabis Amendment (AAUCA) is supported by Responsible Growth Arkansas (RGA), a ballot question committee composed of a diverse coalition of stakeholders. RGA’s proposed amendment will bring a slew of benefits to the state of Arkansas.
RGA has been working aggressively to build a solid foundation to pass an amendment to the Arkansas Constitution to authorize the possession of one ounce of usable cannabis by adults age 21 and over and the cultivation and sale of cannabis by licensed facilities.

Expands access, with 40 new dispensary licenses and 12 new cultivation licenses - all issued via lottery 120 total total dispensaries and 20 cultivations. New dispensaries must be located at least five miles from an existing dispensary to increase market availability.
