Health & SAFETY CAMPUS RESOURCES:
When it comes to the health and safety of our students, the Student Health Center (SHC) and University Police Department (UPD) directly serve the A-State student population. The SHC offers on-site medical services and is available for all students enrolled on the Jonesboro campus. UPD provides various services and is constantly introducing new safety management protocols and practices.
Success PREP CAMPUS RESOURCES:
Whether you have a big test coming up or a paper due, A-State houses an Academic Hub to help you prepare by providing the most comprehensive tutoring services and peer-to-peer tutoring support. A-State’s Learning Support Services allows you to connect with an academic success coach to help create a study plan, introduce study skills and habits, and even help you hone your presentation skills and public speaking techniques!

The Red Wolf Center and Intramural Sports program provide our students with a wide variety of activities that contribute to their overall health, social development and well-being. This facility has an indoor track, basketball courts, multipurpose activity courts, a rock-climbing wall, dance studio, free weights, cardiovascular areas, and a spin studio. Want to play a game of pickleball or rent a hammock for the day? You can do that, too!
If you have any unmet needs in the classroom, Access & Accommodation Services (AAS) will meet with you and your instructor individually to get everything you need to ensure your maximum potential is being fulfilled.

U.S. Post OFFICE CAMPUS RESOURCES:
Arkansas State University is home to a fully functional United States Post Office, located on the second floor of the Reng Student Union. To receive mail on campus, students may rent a post office box online or in person. P.O. boxes are available in a variety of sizes and rental terms of 3-, 6-, and 12-months.

Degree WORKS CAMPUS
Degree Works is a web-based tool to help students and advisers monitor students’ progress toward completion of their degree or program requirements. The tool helps to track degree or program progress, prepare for course registration, and plan for graduation. With just a click in the Pack Portal, students are able to see how academic requirements might change if they were to change academic majors, providing the flexibility to explore various degree options.

Your A-State I.D. is your key to access essential campus services. It’s not only your I.D. card, but it’s also your access to your residence hall, meal plan and sporting events. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES MEETING ALL OF YOUR CAMPUS TECH NEEDS
IT SECURITY: The mission of A-State’s IT Security department is to educate and equip our users to better protect the university’s digital environment. In order to do that, we have each user set up security questions as well as a two-factor authentication. Security questions help us to verify you in case you need phone support from our Help Desk and/or our security team. Duo Mobile is our two-factor security process to help ensure your personal information stays secure.
Our team also aims to educate and empower faculty, staff and students to make informed and smart security decisions based on information security policies, tools, and awareness training initiatives. We develop, maintain and test disaster recovery plans. Our team promotes an effective information security awareness and training program commensurate with the needs of the university. We have listed a few tips to start your college career off on the right foot.

WIRELESS: The wireless network at A-State is designed to be a mobility enabler, allowing students, faculty and staff to connect their devices wirelessly most places on campus. We have a dedicated network in the residence halls that will allow for students to connect up to 30 devices while they are within their residence hall. We also have a wireless network throughout campus that will allow student access using their username and password.
