ANF President Rusty Fraser looks to the future with optimism The importance of developing a talented and well-trained staff is at the forefront of veteran Arkansas publisher Rusty Fraser’s concept of what it takes to be successful in a challenging newspaper landscape. He believes that is true in the case of his Stone County Leader in Mountain View, and he knows it applies as well to other newspapers across the state. That is the reason he has been committed to serving on the board of directors of the Arkansas Newspaper Foundation, whose principal goal is supporting the training of young journalists. Fraser has been president of the ANF for the past three years.
