Best Practices in CRE Lending Workshop Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC partnered with the Arkansas Bankers Association to present the Best Practices in CRE Lending workshop recently. Thirty-one bankers attended the event on March 6th to learn the legal risks associated with commercial real estate lending. The goal of the workshop was to give attendees a better understanding of the legal pitfalls associated with commercial real estate lending. This allows the lenders to be in a stronger position to negotiate with their clients to ensure their institutions are protected from such risks. Several topics were covered during the session, and bankers enjoyed the personal interaction with attorneys who conducted the event. “ ” “I’ve emailed Ann outside of class, talked to her in breaks, and she takes questions. She is very engaging in class, and outside of class. Very helpful. I attended another class a few years ago, and the speakers were not Ann’s caliber.” - Mike, First Security Bank “Have been coming to hers for years. Always a great presenter.” - Christy, Farmers & Merchants Bank What People Are Saying:
