SPEAKERS CAPTAIN BRIAN UDELL Captain Brian Udell holds the record for surviving the highest speed ejection from a U.S. Fighter Aircraft at nearly 800 miles per hour. His determination, perseverance, faith, and sheer will to survive is unparalleled. CHUCK GALLAGHER Every choice has a consequence. In 1987, Chuck Gallagher made some bad choices at the height of his career and went from wearing a business suit to an orange jump suit some years later. Chuck has experienced firsthand how easy it is to move from ethical to unethical. Having rebuilt his life, the lessons he learned allow him to share a unique perspective.

JONATHAN HIGHTOWER Jonathan Hightower’s legal practice focuses on representing banks in a wide range of strategic matters, including merger and acquisition transactions, capital raising, and significant regulatory and governance matters. His experience includes representation of banks of all sizes across the country, including several matters involving Arkansas banks.
