Women in Banking Highlights
The third annual Women in Banking Conference was held Tuesday, November 28, at the Robinson Center in downtown Little Rock. The event featured speakers focused on providing women with the tools needed to thrive both professionally and personally including time management, organizational skills, and investment advice Additional pieces of the event included a Monday evening networking event, during which the group painted holiday-themed canvases, and a “Bankers Give Back” donation station, where bankers dropped off donations to benefit three state-wide charities: Ronald McDonald House Charities of Arkansas, Arkansas Foodbank, and Dress for Success Northwest Arkansas. Here’s what bankers are saying about the Women in Banking Conference: • This was my first time attending the conference. I really enjoyed it. I left with a feeling that I just may be able to “rule the world!” - Erika • I enjoyed it all, and it was a very good use of my time. I also enjoyed the fun event Monday evening. - Sharon • I thought all of them were extremely good!
