Attending the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado was a great experience and I highly recommend that program for everyone seeking to obt ain a graduate banking degree. GSBC allowed me to analyze operations and issu es from management’s viewpoint. In working with Bank Simulation, I was able to see firsthand how decisions impacted the bank as a whole. I now have a better appreciation of the decisions that senior management must make on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, specifically as the decisions relate to interest margin, efficiency ratio, earnings, staffing, etc. The program is very well organized, with a variety of learning opportunities, as well as time for leisure activities with fellow students in the beautiful Boulder, Colorado area.
